Location: RVA Swing dance studio, 6114C Lakeside Ave, Henrico VA
Start your day with a fun Vinyasa flow. In this 60 minute class we move through energizing sun salutations and connect our movements and breath through Vinyasa, before ending with gentle stretches and a restful savasana. This class is open to all levels, with variations offered throughout the class. The intentions for this class include stretching and strengthening the body, relaxing the mind, and finding time to reflect. This class is great for dancers and non dancers alike.
Lauren Vaughan is a 2015 graduate of Zenya Yoga Academy with a RYT 200. She truly believes yoga is for every body, and aims to create classes that make her students feel strong and confident, and leave them happier and stress free. Her classes are fun and flowy, with a strong focus on alignment and finding a deeper understanding of yourself, with the occasional corny joke thrown in.

Finding the studio
The RVA Swing dance studio is located inside the Lakeside Towne Center at 6114C Lakeside Ave. There is plenty of free parking in the lot adjacent to the Lakeside Farmer's Market pavilion. Enter via Lakeside Ave underneath the RVA Swing sign and head down the hall. The studio is at the end of the hall and there is a small reception area for students to wait and remove their shoes.
Please be aware that some GPS systems (particularly Apple maps) think the studio location is 2 blocks away. Keep an eye out for the CVS, the Lakeside Farmer's Market, and the Lakeside Towne Center as your landmarks if coming for the first time.

This class is held at the RVA Swing dance studio and is presented independently by Lauren Vaughan. RVA Swing gift certificates are not valid for events and classes put on by independent instructors renting our space.
